Pappy's Deli

While this is a restaurant, it can be quite smoky because of the bar next door.  There is a break between the dividing wall and ceiling that allows the smoke from the bar to enter into the restaurant area.    If you don't mind this, though, you can eat in (calling in and picking up the order from inside the restaurant is also an option).  This review is a little older, and I think the hours have changed, so calling Pappy's for the correct hours is a good idea.  However, the rest of the information is correct.
